Have you ever had someone ask you, "What do you really want?"
I have. Just last week.
Talk about throwing me for a loop.
But I sat down and physically wrote out a list. And not a list of the small stuff either (like - travel more, jump out of a plane, etc.), but a list of the big stuff.
Things like - maintain a healthy lifestyle; physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Don't take life for granted.
And the list goes on...
I have to say this: I'm a lot deeper than I thought. I've always considered myself to be so spontaneous, and a bit of a free spirit, so to say. But I do have some plans for myself, and it's a nice feeling to identify exactly what some of those plans are.
I recommend this exercise to everyone. We all need a little clarity from time to time. It's a good feeling. Trust me.
