Talk to the hand

Yesterday at lunch I witnessed a man talking on his cellphone, while animatedly talking with his hands at the same time.

All I could think was, "Dude...he can't fucking SEE you." It was annoyingly over-the-top to watch. I can maybe understand a little bit of body language out of habit, but what I was seeing was pretty ridiculous.

I thought maybe he was getting in a fight over the phone with whomever he was talking to...but nope, I overheard him talking about renovating his condo...which CLEARLY requires the use of hand gestures (insert sarcasm here). Vivid stuff, let me tell you.

Just another useless observation I thought I would share with you all. (Just know that if I catch you doing this very thing...I will most certainly be making fun of you for it.)
