Time to combat seasonal affect

A coworker sent me a link to the following 10-day forecast for Seattle this morning with the subject line of "Welcome to Winter."

FINALLY JUST SOME FRICKIN CLOUDS (which could produce RAIN)

I remember the dreary winter days of Indiana...in college I used to let that seasonal affect shit get to me every year. (Probably one of the reasons I was in such a hurry to move somewhere sunny after graduation...hence Phoenix.) BUT NOT THIS YEAR! I'm getting a head start on beating that bs...gotta keep working out, keep working, keep riding my horse, keep being social! Did I forget to mention...KEEP FUCKING DRY AND WARM.
